EzyLoops Traffic Count loop ready for asphalt overlay
EzyLoops Traffic Count Loops (EzyLoops TC) are ideal for subsurface
installation in either new road construction, roadway reconstruction
or cold plane & overlay projects. These preformed detector loops
(and leads) are fully encapsulated in protective bandage. Installation
is easy with EzyLoops' "peel and stick" design. EzyLoops TC install
fast and easy, prior to paving. Making the 'home runs' back to the
hand hole, pull box or termination point is quick and easy using
our over and under bandage.
Loops have either two or three-winds.
- EzyLoops install < 15 minutes per loop
- XLPE insulation is rated to 400° F allowing for paving under
hot asphalt
- EzyLoops are fully encapsulated in a protective over and under-bandage
- Low 3/8” profile
- Loop and leads are one continuous wire with no splices
- These loops and leads self-adhere to an adequate substrate,
or layer of asphalt or concrete
- EzyLoops are paved over with a minimum of 1.5" of pavement
- 'Home run' is quickly made with adhesive, protective bandage
supplied with loops
